Highlights from the Connecting for Healthy Communities Forum

Thank you to all of those who helped make the Connecting for Healthy Communities Forum such a success. The Forum is a bi-annual event that aims to create opportunities for community health representatives to share knowledge and make new – or stronger – professional connections.

Based on our post-event evaluation, this objective was met. Nearly 100% of respondents stated that attending the Forum enabled them to make a new connection, as well as gain a comprehensive overview of work around the north east catchment area.

North East Healthy Communities acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land we work on. We pay our respects to their Elders both past and present and acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first people of this nation.
